The Porter family have been farming for at least 14 generations, originally in the Cotswolds, and now at Clare Park Farm in NE Hampshire where we have been since 1921.
We farm a range of arable crops, including Wheat, Oilseed Rape, Barley and Maize on our own farm and under a number of different agreements with other landowners within 25 miles of our farm. We follow the principles of conservation agriculture and recognise the need to regularly reappraise how we farm by exploring new and old techniques to enhance both our farming and the environment.
We also have a growing flock of Dorset sheep managed by us and a local shepherd.
The farm benefits from a range of traditional and modern farm buildings that have been converted into office, workshop and warehouse spaces for let, alongside some residential property.
