Throughout the years the farm has seen the requirement to diversify the farm and make better use of the existing buildings. This has allowed us to fully utilise the space available and reinvest back into the farm either through new grain sheds or new machinery. Currently Clare Park Farm consists of the following properties.

We have 4 offices in a traditional courtyard setting. They range in size from 700 sq ft to 1200 sq ft and have been sympathetically converted from redundant farm buildings into modern office space.

We have over 50000sq ft of workshops and storage units on the farm all with adequate car parking and access for lorries. These can be adapted to suit any type of business requirement.

We have 4 three bedroom cottages. Three of these are situated in the village of Crondall close to the highly rated primary school and one on the farm with lovely views across the fields.
