Across some of the land there is a successful pheasant and partridge shoot. The Bentley Syndicate Shoot hosts about 12, 120 bird days throughout the shooting season. A lot of the grass margins and stewardship schemes provide the perfect cover for pheasants and present some challenging shooting for the guns. We also have a smaller shoot on Clare Park Farm which is run by a syndicate of local men. We liaise closely with all landowners and their gamekeepers on a regular basis to avoid problems between the shoots and the farming.
